NOIR LINE TATTOO
Terms and Conditions
These terms cover use of denvok.com and the consultation request. They are not a confirmed booking, a medical consent, or a refund policy. Missing business terms are marked as unpublished.
Last updated October 23, 2026. Governing law discussed below is Arizona law, for a studio positioning in Phoenix.
What this site is
denvok.com presents NOIR LINE TATTOO, a custom tattoo studio positioning in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The pages describe services and collect consultation requests. They do not confirm that a chair is reserved, that the studio is open, or that a permit is posted in a lobby.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break the form, scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or submit someone else’s personal information. Do not use the form for marketing your own services.
The studio may refuse a request that is incomplete, abusive, or for work it will not do, including copies of another artist’s tattoo.
Services and information
Service pages describe fine line, black and grey, realism, custom, minimalist, traditional, and cover-up tattoos. They are general descriptions. The drawing and the consultation control the actual job. Healing varies. The site does not promise a medical outcome, a likeness, or that an older tattoo can be hidden.
Consultations
Sending the form is a request. It becomes a delivered request only if the server says the mailbox accepted it. It becomes an appointment only if the studio later confirms a time in a separate message. Silence, an error, or a delivery-not-configured response means nothing was booked.
Deposits, cancellation, and price
This website cannot take a deposit or any other payment. The studio has not published a deposit amount, a refund rule, or a cancellation window. Do not send money based on these terms. If a deposit is required later, you will be told the amount, the method, and the conditions in writing before you pay.
Prices are set for the specific drawing. The site has no price list, no half-sleeve product, and no “best price” claim. A quote you have not received in writing is not a quote.
Age and consent
Arizona Revised Statutes § 13-3721 makes it unlawful to tattoo a person under 18 unless a parent or legal guardian is physically present, and it sets rules for needles, sterilization, anesthesia, and the place where a tattoo business may operate. This website does not confirm appointments for minors. The studio has not published an age rule stricter than that statute, so none is stated as studio policy.
The checkbox on the form is consent to the privacy policy for the inquiry. It is not informed consent for a tattoo procedure. Procedure consent, health questions, and ID checks happen under the studio’s in-person process, which is not published yet.
Preparation
Pages that discuss sleep, food, alcohol, sun, and clothing are general practical notes. They are not medical advice and they do not replace instructions given for a specific session. If you have a condition that affects healing, talk to a qualified clinician before you book a tattoo. The studio is not a medical practice.
Limits
Site content is information, not a warranty that a tattoo will look like a reference or heal a particular way. To the extent Arizona law allows, the studio is not liable for decisions you make solely from these pages. Nothing here limits liability that Arizona law does not allow to be limited, including any liability that cannot legally be waived.
Intellectual property and photographs
The text, layout, and logo mark on this site are used by NOIR LINE TATTOO. You may not copy the site design or present it as your studio. Ideas you submit stay yours. The studio uses them to review the request and, if you proceed, to draw a proposal.
Photographs on the site show tattoo work and the artists. A client’s name is not published with a photograph. Reference uploads are not accepted on the form.
Acceptable use of accounts and messages
There is no customer account. Do not misrepresent your age, your right to use a reference, or your identity. The studio may ignore a request that looks automated or dishonest.
Disputes
If you have a dispute about the website, write to the studio once a mailing address is published. Until then, the form is a poor channel for legal notices because delivery may be off. Arizona law applies, and courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, are the intended venue for website disputes, without taking away a right that must be heard elsewhere. These terms do not impose private arbitration, because no arbitration program has been adopted.
