NOIR LINE TATTOO offers custom tattoo services for clients in Phoenix, Arizona. Choose the service that matches the job, then request a consultation. Nothing on this page is a confirmed booking or a price list.
A consultation over the drawing.
Each service below is a different kind of problem. Fine line work fails when it is too detailed for the size. Realism fails without a clear photograph. A cover-up fails when someone expects a pale drawing to hide a dark one. The pages say those limits in plain language.
The studio is aimed at Downtown Phoenix and Roosevelt Row. The street address is withheld until it is confirmed. Clients from elsewhere in the Valley can still request a consultation. The site does not publish walk-in hours.

07Redesigns of older tattoos, plus touch-ups of work you want to keep. Not every tattoo can be covered.
View cover-up tattoosYou send a consultation request with the style, placement, size, and a description. If delivery is connected and the studio accepts the request, the next step is a conversation and, when the idea holds, a drawing. The tattoo is scheduled only after that plan exists.
Color is used when the design needs it, including traditional color and custom illustrative color. It is not a separate unlabeled service.
Subject, placement, scale, references, and whether an older tattoo changes the plan. You can say what you do not want. The studio can decline work that would copy another artist, rely on a protected character, or sit on skin that is not ready.
Artist matching happens here. The roster is on the artists page.
People looking up tattoo prices usually want a chart. This studio will not invent one. These are the factors a quote uses after the drawing is understood.
A half sleeve is not a flat product. It is quoted from the drawing and how many visits it takes.
A single line, a traditional rose, and a portrait do not take the same hours.
Curved, mobile, or previously tattooed skin changes the time and sometimes the advice to wait.
Hiding an older tattoo, or refreshing one you want to keep, is priced from that tattoo, not from a generic small-tattoo rate.
Fine line, black and grey, realism, custom, minimalist, traditional, and cover-up tattoos. Each has its own page. Styles that are not listed, including walk-in flash, are not offered on this site.
Rest, eat, skip alcohol the day of the session, avoid sunburn on the area, and wear clothing that leaves the placement clear. Bring references you have the right to use. This is general guidance, not medical advice.
There is no price list and no half-sleeve flat rate. A quote follows size, placement, detail, number of sessions, and whether the job is a cover-up. Small tattoos are still quoted individually.
You can send a consultation request. The site cannot confirm a chair time, and the form will not report success until a mailbox is connected. Walk-ins are not part of the published process.
You talk through the subject, placement, size, and references. The studio says whether the idea should change, move to a different service, or wait for a drawing. The consultation itself is not the tattoo.
Name the style if you know it. If you do not, choose “not sure” on the form and describe the idea.
