NOIR LINE TATTOO

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what denvok.com does with personal information. It is written for the site as it exists today. Where a fact is not known, the page says so instead of inventing a company, a vendor, or a retention period.

Last updated October 23, 2026. Governing law discussed below is Arizona law, for a studio positioning in Phoenix.

Who operates this site

The site is operated under the name NOIR LINE TATTOO and is published at https://denvok.com/ for a tattoo studio positioning in Phoenix, Arizona. The legal entity name, mailing address, and privacy contact email have not been confirmed. They are not replaced with placeholders that look like real contacts.

Until a privacy address is published, do not send identity documents or a request that assumes someone is reading a mailbox. The consultation form is not a privacy desk.

Information the site collects

If you use the consultation form, it asks for your name, email address, tattoo style, placement, approximate size, and a project description. Phone, preferred date, and a budget range are optional. The budget range is your figure, not a studio price.

The form does not ask for a government ID, a payment card, precise location, or a reference image. File upload is not implemented.

The host of denvok.com may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, date, browser type, and the URL requested. The host’s name is not listed here because it has not been confirmed for this policy.

Why information would be used

Consultation details would be used to read the request, reply if the studio accepts it, and schedule only if a real appointment is later confirmed. They would not be used to build a public profile of you.

Today the form handler refuses the message when delivery is off. In that state the message is not written to a database and is not emailed. It exists in the server’s memory long enough to be validated and rejected.

Images

You cannot upload images through the form. If the studio later asks for reference photos by another channel, that channel and its retention rule will be added to this policy first. Photographs of work and of the artists are published on the site. Client names are not attached to those photographs.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or a cookie-consent banner, because those tools are not installed. The consultation handler does not use a cookie to store your message. A temporary rate-limit file may be stored on the server, keyed by a hash of the IP address, without the contents of the form.

The same facts are written out on the cookie policy. If analytics or advertising tags are added later, both pages will be updated before those tags are turned on.

Other services

No booking marketplace, payment processor, font host, or tag manager is embedded. Fonts and images are served from this domain. If a mailbox is connected, the studio’s email host will receive the consultation message. That host is not named here until the mailbox exists.

The site does not sell personal information and has no feature for doing so.

Security

The public site is meant to be served over HTTPS. The form is limited to the fields above, rejects unexpected file uploads, and uses a honeypot, a minimum time, and a simple rate limit. These measures reduce junk. They are not a certification, and they do not make email delivery safe until it is configured correctly.

How long information is kept

No retention schedule is published, because the site is not storing consultation messages yet. A specific period will be chosen before delivery is enabled, and this page will be updated with that period. Do not read this policy as a promise that data is kept for a named number of months.

Server logs are kept according to the host’s own practice, which is not yet identified.

Your requests

You may ask what consultation information the studio holds, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of a request that was actually delivered. Those requests can be honored only after a contact channel exists. Arizona does not give this page a single statutory form to cite for every visitor, and the studio has not determined whether a California or other state privacy law applies to it. If a law does apply to a future request, the studio will not ignore the rights that law provides.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and the form should not be used by them. Tattoo appointments also sit under Arizona’s age rules, described in the terms.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the new version will be posted on this URL. Continued use of the site after that date is use of the updated policy. A change that starts collecting new categories of information will be described before that collection begins.

Law

This policy is written for a studio in Phoenix, Arizona, and Arizona law governs it, without limiting a privacy right that another jurisdiction requires the studio to honor. It is not a claim that Google, or any regulator, has pre-approved the page.
